Mouselow Yorkstone is a hard fine grained grey / buff coloured sandstone.
It is a very durable and hard stone suitable for yorkstone paving, setts, kerbs, step units and masonry products.
Mouselow Yorkstone has exceptional weathering capabilities and because of its performance characteristics and durability is ideal for all pedestrian areas within the commercial and domestic markets. It is a perfect solution for city centre developments, streetscapes, public realm projects or highly trafficked areas.
The stone is UK sourced, quarried and manufactured in Derbyshire to ensure the lowest environmental impact.
Mouselow has a strong proven track record of high performance and has been used on many high-profile projects throughout the UK.
The Mouselow stone is produced to the following applicable standards Class 2
Products and finishes available:
Paving, kerb, setts, step units, tactile paving, corduroy paving, traditional masonry such as ashlar, cladding, heads and cills.
Offered in a variety of sizes and thicknesses random lengths or two way gauged

Mouselow Yorkstone is manufactured with a unique calibration process which uses four calibration heads grinding off 0.5mm from the slab thickness with the fourth head removing all saw marks and giving a final polish to the stone.
Whilst providing an exceptional finish to the product it maintains excellent skid resistance properties even when wet for the whole life of the product.
The calibration process ensures that all paving, setts and kerbs are produced to very tightly controlled tolerances maximising efficiency on site and speed of installation for the contractor.
Manufacturing and processing capability for all small to large commercial projects that require UK Natural Stone traditional masonry and landscaping materials.
Significant development work and investment in the manufacturing process has allowed RGB the opportunity to offer exceptional production lead times.
All new enquiries / orders are offered on a 4 – 6 week lead time allowing for greater site flexibility.
Samples are available to support product selection and where required it is possible to offer larger sample boards or panels supplied to site.
Technical and design support can be offered with in-house CAD design capability
Packaging and palletisation of material is of the highest standard to ensure product is fully protected and received safely on site.
